Chili Time

Fall is the perfect time of year for football and CHILI! You can go as hot or mild as you like with the salsa and rotel. 

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken on the stove

  2. I like to add chicken sausage as well but that's optional

  3. Season chicken to your liking...I use cumin, pepper and a little bit of garlic powder

  4. Once the chicken is done cooking, add all ingredients to the crock pot

  5. Drain the beans before adding them

  6. Season to taste with cumin

  7. Cook on low or warm for 3-4 hours or overnight

Toppings

  • Greek yogurt instead of sour cream

  • Cilantro

  • Cheese

  • Avocado

  • Crackers
