Season the salmon however you like. I prefer the Caribbean Citrus Seasoning Blend from Mrs. Dash. Sometimes I just do pepper…I don’t cook a lot with salt. Make sure the grill is oiled properly to keep it from sticking. Grill the salmon over medium heat. If the heat is high, you risk burning the outside of the salmon. Grill for 3-4 minutes per inch of thickness on each side.
